So, what do you wear to a 13 year old's birthday party? I've decided to get dressed up and it was an excuse to finally wear my velvet parachute pants. My cropped top is from Garage. My pants are from Urban Outfitters. Lastly, my shoes are from Vans. It was a fun outfit that was put together. It was a little bit of an 80s/90s mix, which I LOVE.
